Group Manager Role

Background: Currently, vCardBoss supports the creation of groups where staff and employees can be assigned. Each group holds default settings for digital card themes and a limit on the number of employees. Staff members have the ability to view and edit profiles of other staff within the same group only.

Proposed Feature: Introduce a "Group Manager" role with enhanced privileges. A Group Manager will be able to:

• Create additional groups, expanding the organizational capability of the platform.
• Add new staff and group managers, facilitating both horizontal and vertical structuring within the organization.
• Manage complex organizational hierarchies, suitable for diverse business models such as multi-brand car dealerships or agencies managing multiple client types.

Use Case Examples:

• A car dealership with multiple brands (e.g., Chevy, Toyota, Honda) can organize groups by departments such as Sales, Service, and Management under each brand.
• Agencies can manage groups for various clients like plumbers, car dealers, and graphic designers, allowing for delegation and scaling within client organizations.

Challenge: Ensure the management of user counts and limits in all groups reflects the upstream limits set by previous groups to maintain control and scalability.

This feature will significantly enhance the organizational capabilities of vCardBoss, providing users with the flexibility to manage complex structures and delegate responsibilities effectively.
